When was the last time that you felt excited anticipation to the thought of opening a beer bottle and see how it tastes? And when was the last time you tried to find the right words to explain to a friend how wonderful a beer tastes? What about becoming a homebrewer?
Back in 2012 most often I got the question: “What, you brew at home?! But what installation do you need?”. It was wonderful to explain that I started brewing beer at home. That was the best, you make beer yourself, put water, malt, hops and yeast, you let it ferment and when it’s ready you bottle it. I wasn’t even thinking at the time that thousands of people will taste the beer I made.

Perfektum – craft beer without compromise
In 2014 we decided to stop letting our friends drink our beer for free and ask for their money! We took the chance and rented an abandoned furniture factory space and we founded Art Brew, the company that is behind the Perfektum brand. The space in the old factory was re-invented and recycled from ground up, starting by pouring new concrete floors and up to what it is today – a craft beer factory that give us inspiration and soul to put in every beer.
In 2016 we started brewing with a lot of passion, with an equipment made by us – am glorious replica at a bigger scale of what we used to have at home for homebrewing. It was small and VERY manual but it was all we needed to put our inspiration and passion at work.
In 2018 we increased our capacity with new equipment and new fermenting vessels and we are more inspired than ever to brew Perfektum, a craft beer without compromise.
